Dairy-free food can lack texture, but not our roasted cauliflower and coconut soup. It’s creamy, delicious and packed with flavour. We combine cauliflower, onions, coconut flakes and vegetable stock to create the base for our hearty soup. Cinnamon and cumin give the soup a spicy kick with creamed coconut and roasted pumpkin oil give the dish a gorgeous texture.
