These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Skim's website, located at www.myskim.co.uk. 


By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SKIM if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. 


 We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities. All such changes will be published on the website. If you use our website or place any order with us after the changes have been published, you are agreeing to be bound by those changes in respect of that order. 


Whilst SKIM is used as a tool to help your general health and wellbeing, the meal plans do not guarantee weight loss and cannot be relied upon to improve your health. Please contact your doctor if you are in any doubt about your current state of health. 


All of our food may contain traces of allergens. We are unfortunately unable to cater to any customers with severe allergies which cause anaphylactic shock. Please contact us for specific advice about whether we can cater for your dietary requirements. 


SKIM has the sole right to change any planned menus or meals at our discretion at any point. The meals are designed to use fresh organic seasonal ingredients and occasionally these might not be available as planned.


SKIM and their delivery partners cannot be hold responsible for any theft of or damage to a meal package. Please contact SKIM as soon as you suspect the package has been lost, stolen or damaged. Each case will be treated individually and it is the management team who will decide on the suitability of a refund or replacement of the meal plan package.


If you wish to suspend your meal plan package, this can only be admitted if the replacement dates are convenient to SKIM. Each case will be individually assessed and it is at the discretion of SKIM to allow a suspension.


Order modification and cancellation requests must be placed by Sunday, 8:00 PM to be applied to the next week’s (Wednesday) delivery 


Refunds are not guaranteed and are based on a case-by-case basis.


If you choose to save your payment card details during the order process, these details will be held by Shopify, a third party payment provider. No payment card details are stored by SKIM.


SKIM cannot be held responsible for errors in website content.
