How does the delivery work?

Once your order is processed a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE.

When will meals arrive?

Our delivery partners (UPS, DPD, DHL) deliver every Wednesday between 8am-8pm. When placing your order you will be able to select which Wednesday you want your delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We delivery UK-wide (mainland only)

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry but we do not offer 'Pick Up' as an option.

Can I have my meals delivered at a particular time?

Delivery is between 8am-8pm on Wednesdays. We cannot offer a precise delivery time, however you will be provided with a tracking number in order to locate your package. 

Can I choose the day of delivery?

Unfortunately, the delivery days and times are non-negotiable. All our meals are prepared fresh just prior to Wednesday deliveries. 

What happens if I need to Cancel or Adjust my Order?

We make our meals completely from scratch each Tuesday. Order modification and cancellation requests must be placed by Sunday, 8:00 PM to be applied to the next week’s (Wednesday) delivery. Cancelations or modification after Sunday 8 PM will not be accepted. 

Is there a Minimum order required?

Yes, Minimum order amount is £50. 

What is the Cut-Off time for orders?

The Cut-Off time for Orders is strictly 8:00 pm Sundays prior to next Wednesday delivery.

Will I get a refund if I'm not happy with my meals?

Refunds are not guaranteed and are based on a case-by-case basis. Just send us an email if you are not satisfied and we will do our best to accommodate you!

How do I heat my meals?

All meals that require heating will arrive in fully  biodegradable containers which can be placed straight in your oven OR microwave depending on your personal preference. No preparation, simply heat and enjoy.

How do I store my meals?

Upon receiving your delivery, refrigerate your meals as soon as possible. You can freeze the meals if you like.

How are the meals Packaged?

Making sure our meal delivery packaging is biodegradable and environmentally friendly wherever possible is highly important to us. We are responsible about the use of plastics to store our meals and make every effort to not to use single use plastics wherever possible. 

Currently 95% of our packaging is 100% biodegradable, the remainder is recyclable. All of our meals which require heating are served in containers made from sugar cane bagasse or paper/PLA (produced from renewable resource) and are biodegradable. The meals are delivered in insulated cardboard boxes with ice packs to keep them at safe temperatures. 


We don'tuse MAP Packaging (Modified Air Packaging) for our meals due to health reasons.

Our aim is to have 100% of our packaging free from plastics.



How do the meals stay fresh during delivery?

Where can I find Nutritional information about my meals?

Each and every meal is labeled and contains nutritional information and ingredients. 

How are the meals prepared? Is anything fried?

Each meal is hand made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home. None of our food is fried – we typically bake or steam ingredients to maximize nutrient availability (and taste).  

What oils are you using for cooking?

We take the "FAT" question very seriously as most oils/fats have negative effect on our health. 

We only use 3 type of fat for cooking: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Ghee.

Do you accommodate Allergies?

At this time, many of our meals, snacks and smoothies do contain allergens .Those meals that do not include allergens in the ingredients list may still contain traces of allergens and it is up to the individual to determine their own level of risk. 


 We do not take liability for allergies. Please ensure to read the ingredients list for each meal thoroughly before purchasing. 

 If you have a strong reaction or risk of anaphylaxis, we do NOT recommend ordering with us.

What about GLUTEN and LACTOSE?

We do not use any gluten or lactose containing products. 

Exception is Organic Ghee (Ghee is simply clarified butter which has had all the water and milk solids removed from it. With a high smoke point 250 °C, the majority of ghee’s fatty acids are saturated, making it a great choice for cooking at higher heat. )


Coeliac customers, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of gluten will not be present in our food.


What Organic ingredients do you use?

We source certified organic, whole-food, nutrient-dense ingredients. The treatment and welfare of farmed animals are very important to us at Skim. 100% of all our animal proteins are certified organic, ethically produced and free range from selected farms in UK. 

Our seafood is wild caught and MSC certified. 

Do you use refined sugars?

We don't use overly processed sugars in our meals, but sometimes add small amounts of unrefined sweeteners (such as maple syrup or honey) to salad dressings.
